Cancelling bank payment orders
If you have not asked your bank to make out the payment, just do nothing at
all. Your order will be automatically cancelled after 30 days. If on the
other hand you have already made out your payment, send us an e-mail
immediately, we will block the consignment with Swiss Post. You can then
choose either of the following options:
replacement of the product with a product of equal value;
return of paid sum by bank transfer (expenses will be charged to you).
The cigarettes will be delivered by SwissPost International.
Consignments are duty-free since the declared value and weight are within
the prescribed international parameters. The packages are sealed and
cannot be opened for postal inspection.

The parcels are collected by Swiss Post twice a day at 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and Swiss public holidays are sent
on the first working day following reception. The day and time on which

Air Mail "Economy"
This service corresponds to the Swiss Post "Economy" Air Mail
service. The delivery times may vary. This is because "Economy"
mail does not always leave Switzerland immediately, as in the case of
"Priority" mail, but sometimes may be kept on hold for several
days to optimise the amounts of mail being sent to a certain country. If
you plan ahead suitably (considering a possibly longer delivery time,
expecially for the extra-European destinations) you can benefit from the
extremely competitive cost of this service provided by SwissPost.
Air Mail "Priority"
"Priority" mail leaves Switzerland faster and enjoys privileged
treatment both on behalf of postal authorities in Switzerland and abroad.
Delivery times for "Priority" mail, specifically that addressed
to European countries, are extremely fast (see table) and the cost is very
competitive.
" Insured Registered"
The "Insured Registered" service can be applied to "Economy"
and "Priority" mail to all destinations world-wide. In the event
of loss or damage, Swiss Post guarantees complete return of the entire sum
(cost of the product plus mailing costs).

logistic activities here (storage, book format packing, labelling,

Since we cannot guarantee that no duty will be requested in Germany,
incase of request for duty tax, you can:

replacement procedure will only be started following your request by
e-mail to [email protected].
The request can be made at any time but will be taken into account only
from the 45th day following the date of order and after checking that the
return receipt was not signed.
Please specify which option you prefer:
Replacement of the same product or similar product;
Reimbursement to credit card or by bank cheque or postal order.
Damage: in the event of damage related to shortcomings or inefficiencies
attributed to the postal service in the country of destination,
reimbursement or replacement will only be offered to customers who chose
the Air Mail "Free" Insured Registered or "Priority"
Insured Registered options. Having ascertained that the package is damaged,
do not sign the receipt and reject the goods (which will automatically be
returned to the sender at our expense). The reimbursement procedure will
start as soon as the package is returned to the sender only after you send

Duty tax payment request: if the buyer was asked to pay duty tax and
decides to return the parcel to sender, the cost of the cigarettes plus
full mailing expenses will be reimbursed, regardless of the chosen mailing
